Eventuele problemen die na vandaag worden gemeld, kunnen extra tijd kosten om op te lossen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternatieve oplossingen beschikbaar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Om Citrix te vervangen, zijn verschillende <strong>alternatieve toegangsoplossingen<\/strong> ge\u00efmplementeerd.<br>De bijbehorende <strong>handleidingen zijn beschikbaar op de IT Manuals-documentatiepagina.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let op:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De meeste handleidingen zijn momenteel beschikbaar voor <strong>Windows<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handleidingen voor <strong>macOS en Linux<\/strong> worden nog (gedeeltelijk) afgerond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beschikbare handleidingen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicaties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helium Recovery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SCS Base<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UMRA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CREFM-applicaties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GBS Johnson Controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GBS Honeywell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intelec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KNX systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siemens Desigo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ESM systems (via Microsoft Edge)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De Melker systems (via Microsoft Edge)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remote Access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remote toegang tot servers voor beheerders (sup-account)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote toegang tot servers voor gebruikers (netID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remote toegang tot werkstations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor het overnemen van een <strong>Windows 11 workstation<\/strong>is een <strong>gepersonaliseerd configuratiebestand<\/strong> vereist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eerder aangevraagde configuratiebestanden (via Citrix) zijn te vinden via <strong>H:\\ > Desktop<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voor nieuwe aanvragen kan een nieuw configuratiebestand worden gepersonaliseerd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ervaar je problemen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je problemen tegenkomt, maak dan een <strong>TOPdesk ticket<\/strong> aan via het Self Service Portal en voeg het volgende toe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>een korte beschrijving van het probleem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eventuele foutmeldingen of een screenshot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>je faculteit\/dienst<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de server of het werkstation waarmee je probeert verbinding te maken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As of today, January 19, Citrix is being switched off at TU Delft.From now on, Citrix is no longer available for end users.
