How do I link my campus card to a Canon printer?

This page explains how to link your campus card to a Canon printer and use it to log in

Printing and secure access to TU Delft printers are important for daily work and study. To make printing fast, secure, and convenient, TU Delft uses campus card authentication on Canon printers.

By linking your campus card to a Canon printer, you can log in quickly and securely without repeatedly entering a PIN code. This is the fastest and most convenient way to access Canon printers on campus.

How to link your campus card to a Canon printer:

You will need your campus card and your NetID. To link your card, you first generate a temporary PIN code via the TU Delft printing portal.

  1. Visit print.tudelft.nl
  2. Log in using your NetID
  3. Click your name in the top-right corner and select “PIN code”
  4. Click “Request new PIN code”
  5. Take note of the PIN code
  6. Hold your campus card against the card reader until you hear a beep
  7. When prompted, enter the PIN code

Your campus card is now linked and ready to use.

You can now log in to Canon printers by simply holding your campus card against the card reader.

Printing from your workplace

When printing from your computer, select the FollowMe Canon printer or the TU Delft printer .

Logging in using your mobile phone

You can also log in using your mobile phone by downloading the Campus Print app. Log in with your NetID and scan the QR code on the printer using the app.
