We are currently working on further improving the Self Service Portal (SSP). The main focus is on making the portal clearer, more structured, and easier to use.

What will change?

  • Adding new forms for frequently requested services
  • Improving and clarifying form names so it is easier to find the right request
  • Removing outdated or unnecessary forms

These improvements aim to reduce incorrect or incomplete requests and make submitting a request or incident faster and more straightforward.

Phased implementation

The changes will be implemented step by step. As a result, you may notice updates in the SSP over the coming period, such as new forms or adjusted names.

We will continue to optimise the portal based on usage and feedback.
