We have recently implemented several improvements to the ICT Service Desk website to enhance the overall user experience.

Homepage improvements

  • Buttons on the homepage have been updated for clearer navigation
  • Unnecessary elements have been removed
  • New elements have been added to improve accessibility

New page added: Visual Instructions

  • A new Visuele instructies page has been introduced
  • This page provides clear, step-by-step guides to help users resolve common IT questions and issues independently

Link Library improved

  • The overview has been optimized to provide quicker access to commonly used tools and services

Self Service Portal Forms expanded

  • The selection of forms has been extended to better support users in submitting requests and incidents

These updates are aimed at making it easier to quickly find the right information and tools.
