In March 2025, a new supplier for user hardware and services was selected for TU Delft through a tendering procedure. Unfortunately, it has been found that the collaboration is not going as expected. It has therefore been decided to terminate the agreement and the contract with the supplier was formally terminated at the end of August. According to the terms of the contract, there is a six-month notice period, which means that the contract will run until the end of February 2026.
We will switch to a new supplier at the beginning of March 2026. ICT is aware that there may still be some inconvenience during this period and is working on solutions to minimise this as much as possible.
