Good news! Requests for MS Visio and MS Project licenses no longer go through the Self Service Portal. You can now request them quickly and easily via the IT Shop, our new online platform for software, licenses, and other IT services.

The IT Shop works like an online store: select the product, add it to your shopping cart, and submit your request.

This is just the beginning. Over time, more requests will be available via the IT Shop, including additional software, access rights to folders, and other services. Everything will be in one central place, making IT requests easier than ever.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start your request

  • Open the IT Shop using the link above.
  • Click Request Products.
  • Browse the available licenses.
  • Select the license(s) you need and click Add to Cart.
  • Click Go to Shopping Cart to review your selection.

2. Complete your request

  • In the shopping cart, check that everything is correct.
  • Click Submit and accept the user terms.
  • Your request will be processed, and your cart will be emptied.

3. Check your request status

  • Go to Request History to view the status of your requests.
  • You can cancel an active request by selecting Action → Cancel Request.

4. Request a license for a colleague

  • Click New Request.
  • At the top, click your name and select your colleague.
  • Remove your own name if the request is not for you.
  • Apply and follow the usual request steps.

5. Tips and Tricks

  • Remove an unwanted item: In your cart, click Remove from Shopping Cart.
  • Request a license for a shorter period: In the shopping cart, click Edit, adjust the start and end date, and click Save.
